I retained Mr. Whitus for a traffic infraction, he provided prompt recommendations to lessen the sentencing, opportunities and support through the process. Based on his recommendations and my driving history, I received a case dismissal, no contest for the infraction.

My mother hired Mr. Whitus after I told her all the great things other people were saying about him. He came for my consultation and after speaking with Mr. Whitus I had hope that I didn’t have before. Whenever I needed to see him, he came. Whenever my mother contacted him, he responded within 24 hrs. Mr. Whitus was my lawyer for only a month and was able to get my violent felony dropped to a misdemeanor. Mr.Whitus got the ball rolling with my case and got my charge lowered. I highly recommend him if you need a criminal defense lawyer in Virginia Beach.

We Hired Mr Whitus for a DUI case, refusal, improper driving and no Virginia state license. Mr Whitus was compassionate, informative and thorough. In the end there were no criminal charges, we had to pay a few fines with a restricted license. We were very happy with this outcome. I highly recommend Mr Whitus without any reservations.
