Roger was excellent. From the time I walked into the door until the court case was closed. He talked me through the entire process gave me the alternatives just in case and I knew everything that was going on. With the world The way it is today I was very fortunate to have Roger as my attorney. We are a black american family. My case was very black and white but even still Mr. Whitus was busy at work on the day of trial. He first engaged with prosecuting attorney, identified some issues in the communication and took further action to make sure proper communication was had before I stood before the judge. Based on that conversation, Mr. Whitus developed two plans and educated me on the spot and allowed me to make the best decision. The outcome was exactly what I needed. If you need a family attorney, DO NOT GO HERE. Unfortunately, the family attorney has little to no experience. I found them to not only have a lack of knowledge in family law, but in the courtroom got railroaded by the other attorney and did nothing for case.
