We used Shaheen and Shaheen Law Firm when we bought our house and they were excellent. Over a decade (14 years) later I contacted them to see if they could send me a copy of the deed and Mrs. Wendy Avila went above and beyond to find the deed and emailed it to me. I was in a crunch and I appreciate her professionalism and kindness. You are a top rate firm. Mrs. Avila is a great asset.

If you are a first time buyer, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. I will never use this firm again. Multiple paperwork errors and having to re-sign documents due to errors. I was left completely in the dark regarding the whole selling and buying process. I felt I was just another source of income to the firm, no personal relationship developed. No one “cared” to reach out and explain the process. I also hold Jeremy at Long and Foster accountable for poor representation . Next time I plan on buying and selling, I will use my trusted realtor from Remax.

Ms. Fuschetti is the best and most professional lawyer I have ever had contact with. This includes 20 years in the Military and 20 years as a Defense Contractor. She worked with us through 4 Juvenile Court hearings and one Circuit Court hearing over a period of almost 2 years. This was somewhat of a rare custody case in that we (the Grandparents) were seeking the custody of our Granddaughter. Her knowledge of Family Law is exceptional. Her Plan of Action throughout all the hearings led to the "right" decision being decided regarding custody. In addition, Ms. Fuschetti's Court Room actions were very "on point" for all custody hearings. My wife and I highly recommend Ms. Fuschetti for anyone who wants the best for their respective child. Ms. Fuschetti is the best.
