I was very pleased with this law firm. Mr. McMinn was the best. Very professional and understanding as was the entire team. I highly recommend them. I was so overwhelmed with debt and didn’t know how to handle it. I didn’t want to file bankruptcy but felt I had no choice. I wanted to pay my creditors but simply could not afford it. Therefore I filed a chapter 13 and at least they received something. I’m so glad I chose this team to help me through this process. I appreciate all of their time and hard work. Thank you so much!! They are the best!

John Goetz is a great bankruptcy lawyer he knows the laws and really helps you be comfortable being there. He has a great staff to they all are very knowledgeable and will help you understand the process that you will be going through.

From the beginning to the end of a sensitive and daunting process, I was provided guidance and detailed information. Questions were immediately and satisfactorily answered.
