Seemed fantastic at first and said they’d be with me every step of the way. .......and they are - stuck to me like glue because they were paid in full. I’ve had several issues that have never been addressed. God forbid I should ever ask a question because it’s constantly met with a rude response from a certain paralegal. Guess when she first scoffed at me for keeping my luxury pickup I should’ve cut my losses and went to a different attorney. I feel more like a quick, easy paycheck than I do a genuine client. If you’re filing chapter 7, I’m sure you’ll be happy with the level of service. If it’s chapter 13, I strongly recommend you shop around. Otherwise you will be forever stuck in a hole until the end of your case. You will be treated like an errant child by the paralegal, a majority of questions will remain unanswered, and you will see absolutely NO relief unless you jump through hoops and do most of the legwork yourself. I still have another two years at least with this firm. I’ll be debt free when it’s over but until then I still have to deal with the credit bureaus myself and I cannot purchase a home because they refuse to go forward and adjust my payments to reduce my DTI ratio. Oh, and let’s not forget that it’s absolute hell when renewing or obtaining a new lease. These are things you’d expect support from your attorney on. One that’s committed to their clients anyway.

Professional, Personable, Courteous, and Timely, Mr. Goetz's firm provided solid advise and prompt service , I came into their office wanting my bankruptcy case to be done in a rush, I not only achieved that goal but the Goetz Team put my mind at ease and all aspects of the case has been handled professional and reliable.
