Brooke and his firm did an incredible job. They were able to help the Justice System treat a “mistake” as a mistake; not a “crime”. They did so very efficiently and in a very forthright manner. They explained the strategy and desired outcome on the front end, then delivered those results. Their communication was concise, reliable and timely. I hope to never again have the need for defense, but if I did, there is no question Brooke and his firm would be my choice. They are simply good people that are very good at what they do. I remain grateful for their counsel.

I recently hired Joe to be my attorney for a dui and refusal case. He knew exactly what he was doing, for he is well educated about the law and the court system. He made sure I understood everything that could happen, and answered every question I had immediately. He had my back, and did not let me down. His receptionist is always on top of everything and gets back to you immediately. I highly recommend Joseph Pricone, he's awesome.

Joe helped me on a case that was very very important to me and I'm glad I had him. He was completely honest with me and did an excellent job. He is the type of attorney that will actually argue the prosecution and stand up for you unlike many others I watched in the courtroom that stand back and take whatever is thrown at them not standing up for their client. I could not be happier and HIGHLY recommend Joe. His assistant Rebekah is also great and will help you through everything that goes on outside the courtroom and answer every question you have. After receiving a letter in the mail that there was a bench warrant for my arrest because I had accidentally mixed trial for "driving while suspended" charge, I was incredibly panicked. After I called Joseph Pricone, however, my mind was set at ease. In a very easy process, Joe helped me "turn myself in" while he and the judge figured out another court date. After that I was free to go until the next official trial- where he was able to dismiss the driving while suspended charge. As for the failure to appear, I was just charged a small fine. I highly recommend Joseph Pricone for your legal needs!
