I recently got a speeding ticket in Glen Allen, VA and Joe Pricone represented me. I was impressed at how fast and efficiently he worked to get my charge dismissed, and I can now maintain a clean driving record. I contacted Mark B. Williams and Associates for assistance with my appeal case in traffic court, concerning driving outside of restrictions. The reason I had to get an appeal was due to my previous lawyer leaving me high and dry in front of the judge to defend myself, which left me apprehensive about trusting another lawyer/ law firm. I was linked to Mr. Pricone who listened to my concerns and assured me that the same thing would not happen. He let me know the best and worst case scenarios of trying my case and was honest with what he felt the outcome could be. As a result I hired Mr. Pricone and he worked diligently to speak with the district attorney and officer on my behalf and kept me updated throughout the process. My previous conviction in traffic court left me with a year suspension, without the possibility of restriction, and a fine which probably would have resulted in me losing my job as I need a license to work. As a result of his hard work and advocacy it was reduced to a fine, suspended jail time, and a year of good behavior. Joseph did a great job it was money well spent because usually they won't fight for you and be did he new law very well witch is why he had my case dismissed and we won he did not settle for a plea deal and he did explain everything clearly for me to understand and my options I highly recommend Joseph Pricone I will use him again in the future thank you very much Joseph.
