This review is for Mr. Joseph R. Pricone: Unfortunately I had three simultaneous cases to go to, one of which was for fauquier county and the others in Fairfax County. I was recommended Mr. Pricone for his experience in handling high speed cases by his assistant. She quickly arranged a consultation with him. During the consultation, Mr. Pricone gave me what he thought the likely outcome would be. He's was very knowledgable and well spoken throughout the call and made me feel at ease that I had him to help me. Email seemed like the best way to communicate with him following up to the case and I would arrange a call through his assistant if needed be. He made the entire process straight forward and was always there any time I had questions. I'm very happy with the outcome of all three cases. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the most fair deal for each case and was even able to completely drop a ticket. I'm sure it wasn't easy. I've already recommended him to a friend who has recently gotten a ticket and I'll continue to recommend him with high praises. I don't believe I'll be getting more tickets in the near future but if I do I'll be sure to call Mr. Pricone. Thank you very much!

Mark is an excellent, highly experienced attorney. Even though he was appointed to us by the court you would not have known that by the manner in which he handled our case. My daughter's charge was reduced to a misdemeanor after it was clear that the Commonwealth has a lousy case with essentially no evidence to provide. He objected to leading questions by the Commonwealth, whom I believe were grasping for straws. Anyway, should things hit the fan again in the future, I would be more than happy to retain this attorney again out of pocket if necessary.

Great experience with Mark B. Williams & Associates. Very communicative and explanatory. Joseph advised that he would be able to have my speeding ticket dismissed, and he did just that. I also did not have to make the two hour drive for the court date because he represented me in court. Highly recommended.
