Attorney Mark Williams is by far the best man for the job. Almost immediately as I came in to his office, he handled it, very efficient and got the job done. I recommend Mark Williams for any tickets you have. And just in general a man of his word and a great man overall! Definitely great customer service and professionalism. I am also very happy with the outcome. If I ever (which I hope I don’t) get into any other trouble, Mark Williams is the one I will call on. His team is great to work with. His legal assistant, Lauren Cunningham, is amazing to work with and kept me informed from beginning to end. They explain everything in detail and made the process a better learning experience. If you need an attorney these are your guys. Thank you so much for everything!

I was told I'd be billed $330/hr ended up being 430 and billed for any and everything with poor results. Terribly untrustworthy people.

They'll get the job done, but lack that personal touch. I was satisfied with the outcome of my case after hiring Mark B. Williams & Associates after being charged with Reckless Driving via Speeding. However there were moments where communication occurred last minute with the secretary calling me the day of my case minutes before it was to be heard to confirm if I was going to be at the courthouse - I was informed I never had to attend but regardless don't they have the foresight to think that this should've been made the business day prior? While the outcome was one of a reduced charge, the lack of attentiveness they gave to a client is one that does leave a lesser taste after the experience. But if you need a lawyer to get the job done they will get the job done.

I had used Mark as a lawyer over 20 years ago and was in need of some telephone assistance today on how to fetch documents from the County Clerk. His office manager, Loren, was extremely helpful and called me back in less than an hour to help me out. They have a great team..
