Cuando pienso en un amable ambiente para trabajar, aprender y comunicarme con los clientes, automáticamente pienso en Yacub Law Offices. Las secretarias tienen un trato tanto con los profesionales como con los clientes de manera amable que me ha gustado aprender de ellas. El abogado Iván Yacub, junto a sus abogados, son de primer nivel, y te ayudan con el proceso de inmigración para que salga de la mejor manera posible. I should have read the reviews first. I have already contacted multiple immigration attorneys and they informed me right out of the gate they can't help me with my issue. This rude Spanish speaking woman just kept talking over me telling me I had to schedule a consultation. I have no problem scheduling a consultation and paying the fees but at least tell me your office can even help. When you answer the phone speaking Spanish and I am working on a case with Russia that inspires zero confidence. Thankfully I quickly determined that I wouldn't do business with a company that would put this as their first point of contact and thanked her for wasting my time and wished her a good day. I recommend you don't waste your time. Please notice their response to my comment that makes it equally clear why you should avoid them. I called a law office not 5 minutes after my call and they understood my question and said they will ask their attorney if they can help me and get back to me. I have had 3 other offices politely explain that they can not help me with what I am trying to do. I am not seeking legal advice for free. I work in the car business, if someone calls and says "can you work on this type of car" I don't charge them a $200 diagnostic fee and then tell them, nope, good luck. Try to be more professional. I also think it relevant to explain that I have dealt with several immigration law offices adopting 4 children from other countries, so I know how immigration attorney offices do business.
