El servicio al cliente no está bien incluyendo los abogados

My cousin and I called this office she tried to speak to someone that would provide information to her as to why this attorney has her case and instead they yelled at her, wouldn't let her speak, insisted she contracted the attorney Ivan Yacub, and then hung up on her and would not take her calls when she called back. She proceeded to file a complaint with Virginia State Bar and this attorney had several complaints and bad reviews against him. It is unethical to take advantage of people that are trying to figure out their immigration status!

HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF THAT DO NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR CASE AND SEEM MONEY HUNGRY FOR YOUR TO HIRE THE ATTORNEY! MY CASE WAS TRANSFERED TO THEM I DO NOT KNOW WHY AND THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION UNLESS I HIRE THE ATTORNEY! I WAS YELLED AT AND THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME AND BLOCKED ME AND WOULDN'T PROVIDE INFORMATION ON MY OWN CASE!!!!!

We had a case with them more than 10 years ago, and we had a great experience, we have also recommended multiple people for their legal cases. Unfortunately I have contact the Woodbridge office recently requiring a better understanding to if they could reprocess or process a lost asylum card, it was a simple yes or not answer, instead, they were particularly rude, I believe the incompetence of the receptionist on not knowing how to look up the information nor speak to customers which got her frustrated and became rude. As we got transferred to Carina Yacub, (who was rude also) when the phone call was transferred to carina, I could overhear she was speaking to the receptionist and I started to explain but she didn’t let me and cut me off, claiming they were not rude but professional instead. She also stated to look for another law office to get legal assistance and hang up the the phone. Mr. Ivan Yacub it is sad due to personnel like her, you would lose clients from over 10 years, sadly and from now on the recommendations toward your office will be nothing but disappointment and low standards due to how they treat people, because at the end of the day if persons like us didn’t required of your services you all would not have a job. Think about the way your staff treats people because like I said thank to us, you all have a job. I am not sure who Carina Yacub is or what entitlement she has but she needs to learn on how to listen to client on what they are requesting from them instead of letting herself be lead by what her receptionist is saying. Worse experience and it could be that they are new and incompetent personnel.

Les estás pagando mes a mes. según qué tienes un saldo con ellos , luego te llaman y te dicen que les sigues debiendo. Te llevan con mentiras alargando tu caso para sacarte más dinero . Estos abogados te compré el minuto que hables por hora . No los recomiendo solo quieren obtener tu dinero a a causa de tu necesidad por arreglar un caso . Ni se merecen Ni una estrella .

Porfavor jamás vallan a esa oficina a esa jente solo le importa el dinero la persona que ase los contratos carina es una mujer que solo le importa el dinero es una persona muy desagradable solo leinporta el dinero Ami medijo que eran unos abogados muy caros que su tiempo valía oro se molestó solo porque le ise preguntas que como clienta son importantes aesa mujer solo le importa el dinero

La peor experiencia con estos ladrones , ellos te mienten con decirte que pueden ayudarte y ni saben de leyes de inmigración, tuve que soportar mucho estrés e invertir tiempo y dinero por varios meses para nada ya que al final me dijeron que no calificaba para mi petición por una razón muy obvia que ellos ya conocían desde un principio. Lo peor de todo esto fue lidiar con la actitud repugnante e irrespetuosa de la señora KARINA esposa del abogado Iván Yacub. Aparte no tienen buena comunicación con sus clientes al no reportarte nada con el avance de tu caso ni mucho menos responder tus llamadas o email,yo llege al punto de tener que ir a buscarlos a la oficina después de un día largo de trabajo . El día que fui por mi reembolso la señora Karina me sacó de la oficina casi a empujones a tal grado de cerrarme la puerta y golpearme. ellos me hicieron perder mucho dinero . Definitivamente no pierdan su tiempo ni dinero con estas personas que no tienen nada de profesionalismo. Responden mi review diciendo que revisaron mi caso y que obtuve resultados positivos cuando no hicieron nada por mi caso mas que solo hacerme gastar dinero , estas personas son un chiste. The worst experience with these thieves, they lie telling you that they can help you and they don't even know about immigration laws, I had to endure a lot of stress and invest time and money for several months for nothing because at the end they told me that I did not qualify for my petition for a very obvious reason that they already knew from the beginning. The worst of all this was dealing with the disgusting and disrespectful attitude of Mrs. KARINA, Iván Yacub wife. Besides, they do not have good communication with their clients by not reporting anything with the progress of your case, much less answering your calls or emails, I got to the point of having to go look for them at the office after a long day of work. The day I went to get my refund, Mrs. Karina almost pushed me out of the office to the point of shut the door on me and hitting me. they made me lose a lot of money. Definitely don't waste your time or money with these unprofessional people.
