If you have to be the executor of a will and estate, there are a lot of moving parts and the attorneys and staff at the Heritage Law Group are the folks you need to help you walk through it. Attorney Robert Brooks did a great job setting up a will and trust in a somewhat complex situation and that made things smoother later on. Attorney Jessica Kahl handled the estate and trust once they had to go into effect and she was thoroughly professional and made complicated processes understandable.

I recently had the privilege of working with a Heritage Law Group team led by Jennifer Kahl, Attorney, and Breanna Brosemer, her Paralegal, to handle my estate planning and development of a Trust. They also provided direction for and assisted with implementation of the Trust following my wife’s recent passing. This group, and the results of their efforts, have been exceptional in every way.
