She was patient with my many questions and provided clear answers and suggestions for moving forward with the case. I left her office with the clarity I needed. We used The Heritage Law Group to put together our legal documents and also brought our Mother-in-Law there for help. Service was outstanding at every level. I was surprised to read a negative post. Do yourself a favor and use the Heritage Law Group. You won’t be sorry!

Awful experience! My sister asked me to come with her to draft her will and wanted me to be with her while talking with the attorney. However, this attorney doesn't care what the client wants. She made it clear she was in charge and didn't care what was important to the client. So if you want a bossy attorney that talks but doesn't listen Susan Jean is the right choice!

Mr Brooks helped us think through and prepare all the necessary documents to plan for our Estate. Power of Attorneys, Wills, Medical Directives, Trust, dealing with properties in 2 states, four children, and retirement and assets. We feel confident now that there is a good plan in place should either or both of us die that will take care of the other and our family in the manner we want. Patient, thorough, wise counsel. Would heartily recommend.

Robert did an outstanding job in preparing all of our estate documents. Our Revocable Living Trust needed a extensive update and Robert listened to all of our concerns and gave us detailed guidance on what needed to be done in the update. The update was done in a timely manner, he went over all the changes, and the signing of the documents was professionally done.

I've never once left a negative review on a local business but I felt compelled to do so in this situation.
I called the Heritage Law Firm in order to get some basic information about a loved one's trust and was treated more poorly than I ever imagined possible. The woman who answered the phone was short, rude, impatient, and positively annoyed that I decided to reach out and ask questions.
I would never do business here and would highly reccomend others stay far away as well.
