Tim Edwards was our mediator for a parenting plan revision and he seemed friendly and honest at the time. The one thing I asked for that I was not willing to nagotiate on was having my children for two consecutive weeks for a vacation over the summer. My mother is very sick and my sisters are moving out of state so this is the last vacation we will likely have together. I read and reread the agreement about this detail and asked Tim to clarify it and then confirm that I would be able to have my children for the two weeks during the summer and he DID absolutely and clearly confirm this point...and so I signed. Now my ex husband is arguing that the parenting plan does not allow this. I called Tim Edwards to, once again, be sure I had understood correctly before I had signed but he would not speak to me and I was only advised to get an attorney. I was so flexible over so many points and to have this one small detail that I requested be the thing that was overlooked or even lied about so I would sign the agreement is devastating. My only advise for single moms who can't afford an attorney and are trying to navigate this hell by themselves is to not trust anyone. It's sad but unless you have money no one is here to help and lying is just part of the job. They will say and do whatever it takes to get you to sign what they need you to sign in order to get paid, you and your children's lives mean nothing. This is obviously true at Tim Edwards Law Office.

After going through two other attorneys who did almost nothing for me I found Timothy by recommendation. He and his staff were professional and thorough. During mediation Timothy discovered about $100,000 that should be awarded to me but had not been accounted for. Very nice and well worth the fee I was charged.

Tim Edwards and his office brilliantly handled and successfully executed a complex and quite nasty custody battle for me. The process was quite difficult for me, however, Tim and his associates made sure I was not only taken care of legally but mentally and emotionally. They really do care about their clients all around and I thank God for bringing me to his office. I firmly believe I would not have my child if I didn't. Thank you!!!

Did you notice that most of the positive reviews were posted in the month of August, 2013 and have similar writing styles? I did. Especially since he was my ex-spouse's attorney . At no time did he try to have my ex and me resolve matters amicably. He created situations to inflame my ex- husband so that he could charge more. I don't say this as a bitter ex-spouse as I didn't have to pay his fees. I do know that Mr. Edwards tried to create anger and hatred between us. He was extremely unprofessional toward me and toward my attorney. He deliberately made disparaging remarks about me, in writing, knowing it would add fuel to the fire. Hindsight is 20/20. If you want to have an acrimonious divorce case, by all means, hire this guy. If you'd rather save yourself thousands of dollars in attorney's fees and months of anger/frustration fighting with your soon to be ex, hire someone else.

Dropped my sons divorce case after he received over $5000 dollars in fees, because we could not come up with another $4000 before trial date. Consequentially leaving my son to hire another lawyer without having the money needed, or to represent himself. Trustworthy, reliable: deserving trust, or able to be trusted. I Don't think so.

This guy took me for about $10000 in a case that I was paying child support for kids that lived with me. When he saw who judge was he was such a coward and wanted to just settle. I see people actually sitting in front of his office holding signs telling what a crook he is. Look elsewhere!!!

I was referred to Tim by a friend. At the time I thought I had virtually no rights as a father. My wife was getting involved with a person that I felt was unworthy to be around our three young children. There were drugs issues and illegal activities going on. My wife was very confident that I had no rights. Tim and Robin on the other hand, assured me that I most certainly did have rights. I didn't believe them. Very long story short. After a year and one half long divorce trial, I received full custody of my three children. During which time, Tim and his office proved that there were circumstances that were not at all acceptable for kids. Further, it was obvious to me after a short time that it was Tim's first and foremost concern that those kids were in a safe environment! Tim and his office are above and beyond when it comes to integrity, honesty, and doing what is right for a family. I can't say enough for what they did for my kids and I. My hat is off to this team.

Tim Edwards and his firm have significantly helped me over the last 7 years with my ongoing child support issues and an ex that chooses not to work so he does not have to pay child support. Not only did Tim and his team help through each situation, Tim attended court with me each time and represented me to the fullest. Tim is always responsive, knowledgeable and friendly.
