Just wanted to take a few minutes and give a shout out to the folks at Sherrard McGonagle Tizzano & Lind. My family needed legal representation and they came highly recommended by a friend. It was our first experience with a personal injury lawyer and we were all naive about the process, not sure how to proceed, and a little hesitant when we met, but they made every step of the way very painless. They were very patient in explaining each step, careful to explain our options, coordinating a multi-pronged issue with numerous insurance companies, and were respectful of our wishes at all times. We could not have asked for a better firm to represent us. Highly recommend!

I was in a motor vehicle accident (mva) in Dec of 2012. I was directed to Mr. McGonagle by a friend of mine who is an attorney. I was pleased with the amount of communication they provided, the information about the process, and their genuine concern for my overall health. I was involved in a car accident in June 2004, where the driver at fault had no insurance. Our automobile policy included personal injury protection and underinsured motorists coverage. In the fall of 2007, my insurance company called with an offer to settle my claim. The amount was extremely low and it didn't even cover my out-of-pocket expenses. The next day, I called Mr. McGonagle's office. I talked with a paralegal and an appointment was setup for the consultation. My husband and I, will all my paperwork regarding the accident, met with Mr. McGonagle. We left the office knowing that this was the right decision. This attorney was intelligent, well informed and this gave me confidence in him and his staff. Mr. McGonagle's office began working immediately and filed a lawsuit against my insurance company. He and his staff are competent and very much aware and educated in their field. They also possess excellent resources and expert witnesses/specialists. It was at the request of one of their specialists that I have a digital motion xray of my neck. The results of this xray truly showed how damaged my neck was from the accident. Instead of going to trial, a panel of three arbitrators were to decide the outcome of the lawsuit. Mr. McGonagle came well prepared and actually knew more than the insurance company's testimonial experts. All of the work came to a very successful outcome. The arbitrators ruled in my favor.

Mr. McGonagle is very experienced. He tells you like it is, the good and the bad, which helps you be more realistic about what to expect. I have heard of his many good trial results, but in my case I wanted to settle rather than go through trial. I am confident that Mr. McGonagle maximized my recovery by presenting the facts in the most favorable light to my claim.
