Great communication, helped me dismiss 2 traffic violations in King County

I had reached out to NW Liberty to take over my uncontested divorce as the mediator working for us sent us back “completed documents” including our separation agreement” that where full of alarming errors – names were all misspelled, address incorrect, dates all wrong – and she had the nerve to say there were no alarming errors! Jorge called me back the same day and was able to take over the case, he even questioned why we needed two of the documents as we have a separation agreement. The mediator charged us $300 to produce those 2 one-page documents with names misspelled, address wrong! It only took Jorge a couple days to return corrected and complete and documents. All questions to him were promptly answered, most of the time on the same day. When the 90-day period was over he sent us the documents to sign, filed them with the court and sent us back copies confirming the divorce process was completed. It was a relief that Jorge was on top of everything.

Jorge is prompt and professional. He took my traffic ticket case and had it dismissed. The whole process was easy and required minimal involvement from me. I'm very happy with the experience and the outcome.
