I was going through a very emotionally draining custody battle for my child and was very unhappy with my first attorney. That attorney was trying to get me to agree to a 50/50 custody agreement, when I said no his response made it very clear to me that he was sympathizing with the father. It was at that point that I knew I needed someone who would listen to my concerns and be in my corner. Todd was recommended to me through an acquaintance, and I am so thankful that I contacted him to help me. Todd was very understanding of my plight, he listened to me, reassured me, and fought for what I wanted. He made recommendations to me that I was comfortable with, never pushing me to accept terms I did not want. I have recommended family members to Todd, and would urge you to consider using him, you will not regret it.

I highly recommend using DeVallance Law. Todd was incredible throughout my divorce from temp orders all the way through multiple mediation sessions to finalize. Theresa helped my partner and I with finalizing will and end of life planning. She was very fast in helping us move the process forward and answering our questions.
