Theresa drafted estate planning documents (wills, living wills, etc.) for me and my wife and guided us through the process of having them properly signed. We were impressed by Theresa's detailed explanations and the prompt responses to all our questions and requests for alternatives/adjustments. We've been postponing these for a while because we were expecting it to be a tedious process, but Theresa made it all seem very easy. Theresa will definitely be the first choice for any future needs and we are absolutely recommending her to anyone who might need help with estate planning!

Contacted Theresa for help re: a home purchase. We were first time home buyers who were almost sucked into a horrible and huge legal headache. The sellers were trying to be very coy about claiming land that they were clearly trespassing on. The made it sound like obtaining it from the neighbor was going to be super easy - as first time home buyers, we believed them. Theresa worked so fast to get us out of this mess. Theresa helps me during the whole home purchase. During the home purchase, you definitely want to find a person who keeps calm and tries to tell you all the risks that you are facing from inspection, making an offer, signing, funding, and closing. Theresa is letting me know lots of the these risks and trying to protect me during the transaction as much as possible. If you want to find an attorney, she earns my recommendation.
