Theresa was wonderful to work with. I came to her very late in my FSBO process. I had another attorney lined up, or so I thought. When he insisted I needed a realtor to sell my home (this is NOT true), I knew I need to find another attorney. Theresa was thorough and responsive and definitely had my best interest at all times. My timelines were often really tight, perhaps even unreasonable, Theresa always set expectations with me and never disappointed. If I ever have a similar need in the future, Theresa will be my first call.

Contacted Theresa for help re: a home purchase. We were first time home buyers who were almost sucked into a horrible and huge legal headache. The sellers were trying to be very coy about claiming land that they were clearly trespassing on. The made it sound like obtaining it from the neighbor was going to be super easy - as first time home buyers, we believed them. Theresa worked so fast to get us out of this mess. She was direct with her statements, and was very clear and upfront about the potential risks. She did a great job setting expectations on what she could and could not do, and gave advice on how we could handle ourselves if. When we approached the sellers with all of the information that Theresa presented and explained to us, they let us out of the contract and returned our earnest money within two hours. We are so grateful for her patience and the skillsets she brought to the table. We will be using her for every real-estate purchase moving forward.

Theresa helps me during the whole home purchase. During the home purchase, you definitely want to find a person who keeps calm and tries to tell you all the risks that you are facing from inspection, making an offer, signing, funding, and closing. Theresa is letting me know lots of the these risks and trying to protect me during the transaction as much as possible. If you want to find an attorney, she earns my recommendation.
