Lauren was my lawyer for an embarrassing charge in the Seattle area. I had never been involved in the legal system and really didn't know how the process worked. She stepped me through the process, showed me my options, and suggested what might be my best route, but made sure that I knew it was my decision and completely respected my choice. During my legal process, watching Lauren work, I learned that she is well respected. Not only her clients, but by her peers, the prosecutors, and even the judge in my case. That fact made me confident I had the right person representing me. I can't say enough about Lauren. She is energetic, knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. She is friendly and easy to talk to. Plus, she actually listens. I would recommend her to anyone. If I ever got into a legal bind again, Lauren would be my first call.

Admittedly, I made a very bad decision to drive after drinking. I was arrested after hitting a tree. Fortunately, no one was hurt. As a soon to graduate college senior, having a DUI conviction on my record was cause for great concern. This would put me at great disadvantage in the job market. Lauren worked very hard to get the charged reduced to reckless driving. Lauren was very supportive and made sure I understand (and agreed with) all actions taken all the way. I have learned my lesson and cannot thank Lauren and her team at Padula Associates enough for really stepping up to the plate and making a big difference in my life! I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone.

My case went all the way to trial. Lauren was so thorough that the Judge commented to me that in all her years on the bench, she had never see an attorney work so diligently and assertively for their client. My outcome wasn't what we hoped it would be and, though disappointed in the outcome, I know that Lauren did absolutely everything she could for my case. She was also very empathetic, patient in explaining things, and supportive as I had to navigate so many foreign things related to the legal system. She has even referred me to an appeal attorney because she believes there is a chance to change the outcome. If you need a strong and thorough attorney to defend you before or during a trial, you should hire Lauren.

This past April I was very unfortunate to have been charged with a DUI in the city of Seattle and it was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. Realizing that a DUI conviction could harm my career and family life I needed to acquire the best help that I could get. Lucky for me I had Lauren to defend me throughout the lengthy process of my criminal case. I knew I could trust Lauren she is experienced and well known throughout the court system here in Seattle. I felt that Lauren was very sincere and she was able to put me ease after she took the time to go over the details of my case. She quickly pointed out an immense number of mistakes and violations Seattle police officers made on the night of my arrest. Lauren developed a smart game plan to defend me, it was clear to me that she had a superior understanding/knowledge of the judicial system. In the end, I was able to avoid a license suspension, ignition interlock device and fines!! I was also very impressed with Lauren's communication skills she did a good job keeping me up to date with new developments in my case. It was nice to meet or talk with Lauren multiple times during the week, she truly made her self available for any questions or concerns that I had. I am truly and sincerely thankful for the excellent job Lauren did, she went way above and beyond my expectations. Lauren and the rest of the staff at Padula and Associates are some of the nicest people I have met. I highly recommend Lauren and I would seek her help again for any criminal defense needs.
