I had a very disappointing experience with Phil Su handling my case; he provided misleading information about the process and outcome, blamed his legal assistant for a lack of follow-up regarding important dates, and was dishonest about fees.

I have chosen to use Michael multiple times due to my questionable driving habits. Without a doubt the court always waves the infraction. From what I’ve heard he’s been doing it for so long and he’s known just about everywhere he just has to show face in court and they’ll wave it. If a law Enforcement officer happens to want to ruin my day yet another time I will definitely be using Michael again.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. One simple phone call, I paid the fee, and Michael Sheehan got my ticket dismissed! So worth the money as I did not have to stress, I did not have to take off work to go to court, and my insurance did not go up. He saved me a ton of time and money. What a joke. I got a referral to this office and left messages over a month ago. To date I have never heard from anyone. Waste of time. Will take my business elsewhere.
