Maria has been so patiently responding to all my questions related to my complex H1B situation. Even though I took only 15 min appointment, she was kind enough to stay on call beyond that time to hear my concerns and tried her best to give the best advice possible.

Bo has been working with me for a number of years now on my divorce-related legal issues. While he was my first attorney, I had approached many others with my most pressing problems prior to hiring him as my legal counsel. Bo was the only one who was able to offer a reasonable course of action to protect my rights as a parent and I was very pleased with the eventual outcome. What impresses me the most about him are his ethical standards and his blunt, no-nonsense approach to providing me with strategic advice. He never tries to just say what I want to hear when the facts of the case or the relevant legal environment do not support my grievance. He presents the legal context of the case and the pros and cons of alternative remedies as they are without any embellishment. He is an effective researcher who doesn’t hesitate to do his homework whenever he isn’t absolutely sure about the legal ramifications of the issue at hand. Lastly, he always reminded me of the alternatives to legal remedies that can be just as effective and are definitely far less expensive. This was something I would have never expected from an attorney.

From the first discussion up to the 100% successful E2 result, the entire process was a great experience. All discussions were always clear, easy to understand, we always had fast and good answers and this, always with a lot of empathy, a quality that is very rare and found only with the best lawyers. Through the path of this work, we got the feeling that Maria and her colleagues have a much larger experience than the previous “major” immigration firm that we dealt with. We did this work over phone and email, without any face to face meeting, but thanks to the quality of the exchanges, we feel at the end, that we know each other pretty well. Wonderful Attorney Mr. Weintraub helped me modify my child support and prove to the court my ex was lying and hiding assets which I needed for child support. He took over where 2 other lawyers gave up on me because my ex was so abusive and annoying. He is a great financial detective and analyzed my ex's tax returns and accounting methodically and found gaps that couldn't be explained. My two prior attorneys could not do that, and it was a big factor in the court's decision. I highly recommend him.

I had a nasty divorce going with my ex-husband who was using one of the High Power Lawyers that was intent on making things difficult and costing both of us most of the money we were fighting over. Bo was able to calm me down and came up with an idea for the settlement that not only saved me and the ex money, but actually made his fees LESS EXPENSIVE!!! You will not hear of that many times with any lawyer. I would recommend him for a simple divorce or a complex one with all of the circumstances that always make things difficult. He just has a way of working things out with all parties that make so much sense the case gets settled and everyone gets what they want. He is also very responsive and easy to get a hold of and respectful.

Bo Weintraub really helped me on my support case and I'm thankful I found him. He was very knowledgeable and represented me in negotiations with an aggressive lawyer who made threats that were very distressing. He put a solid agreement together much quicker than I anticipated. This year (2013) I applied for a "Re-entry permit" for resident aliens and explored a dual citizen-ship option. Within an hour of our initial phone call, she had connected me with sources to all the information I needed. When the biometrics appointment was scheduled AFTER my departure to Europe she calmly helped me identify my priorities (maintenance of green card status) and supported me successfully throughout the stressful process. Through her support I was able to get my biometrics taken immediately and prior to my departure, which was a huge relief. I know Maria to be responsive, on the ball, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Maria to anybody seeking support and clarity in the immigration process maze.
