My experience with this firm was outstanding. I first spoke with intake specialist, Kamala, who was professional, helpful and kind. From there I set up a phone consultation with attorney Patrick Kang. In my situation, as in a lot of legal situations, it was very difficult for me to relive and discuss the situation and found myself truly dreading having to recount what had happened. However, Patrick's calm and caring demeanor quickly helped put me at ease, making what was an extremely difficult situation for me, much more bearable. I felt like he was very attentive while listening to me, understood what I had to say and had compassion towards me. I reached out to Premier Law Group for a legal advice. They responded with their direct number with within hours and I called them back later on that day. The receiver was extremely courteous and took some basic information from me and connected me to a lawyer within minutes. I spoke with a lawyer, Jared. I usually try to stay away from legal matters based on a scary perception I had about lawyers. But, the next 15-20 mins was the just the opposite. Highly recommend -- After being burned by an esthetician performing laser hair removal on my face, Jason at PLG agreed to write a letter to her explaining my situation and how costly it was for me to "fix" my face. Other lawyers would not take my case because it was not worth it to sue her, but Jason said he would write a letter and just see what happens. He charged me a very fair price and after some time, the esthetician's insurance called Jason and worked a deal with us. I was able to get a fairly large sum of money to help cover the costs of my facials and other methods I have used to help with the scar. He was very helpful and fair in his pricing with me.
