All convos were good besides the one with the lawyer - Patrick Kang. I waited for a while to speak to him. And he did not really provide much of helpful feedback and he was impatient even though I was paying for the hour of his time (not to mention - He was late for 15 min and ended my call earlier). It seems like there are some good reviews about this firm. I guess you just need to find the right lawyer for you and bring the cases that they are interested in. Edit: They call customers to offer refund of the consultation fee, and they ask you to remove bad reviews in return. I assume that’s how they get rated high online. I would recommend interviewing more law firms to compare before going with this one.
