After doing extensive research for representation, I came across Jon Fox. This was the best decision I made given a very unfortunate situation I put myself in. Not only does Jon care about you as a person and wants to see you come out of such situations better personally and legally, but he is always a moments text or call away. Jon’s experience in the field and relationships with the judges/court made me feel very thankful to have had someone who has seen just about everything at a court house. From the beginning, he laid out a clear plan, timeline, and deliverables on both our ends. This was executed perfectly and was always there if I ever felt doubtful with myself or had a question. Thanks to Jon and a year of this process, I have not only now recently resolved this situation, but received the most favorable outcome he said could be achieved. I met Jon under unfortunate circumstances when I had was charged with a DUI. It happened to occur in one of the strictest courts in the state and he warned me about that. It was a very scary time in my life but Jon put my fears to rest. Something about his demeanor is very calming. He's with you during the entire process and always reachable. He explained how everything would work and there wasn't a single question he couldn't answer. We decided that a plea would be the best option instead of doing a trial and risking a full conviction. My charges were reduced and instead of jail time I paid a (sizeable) fine and did 2-years of probation. We all make mistakes, some worse than others, but if find yourself in a bad situation, Jon is the one you want on your side. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Really helpful and was keeping me updated as we got further in my case

Last year I was arrested on the suspicion of a DUI. I am an immigrant in this country, and a charge like DUI would have been potentially dire for me. I have never been in any kind of trouble with the law before and I still get shivers when I think about that night of my arrest. On the very next day after my arrest, I started calling lawyers to seek professional advice. I still remember when I called Jon, he was with his family shopping for the upcoming festive season. Admittedly, I still feel guilty for disturbing him but he sensed anxiety and panic in my voice and not only he managed to find time to talk to me but his comforting and calming persona made me feel ok for the first time since the incident. I am and always shall remain thankful to him.
