Beau was supportive of my Social Security Disability case from the day I met him. I have Postconcussive Syndrome (like an NFL player) and it is very misunderstood in the bureaucratic realm. I think with Beau's patience and steadfast belief in my case, my situation, and my injuries and their daily intense affects (he was always so validating and spoke quiet and slow when I needed, etc.. VERY compassionate) we were able to set a precedent for other people with this affliction. Especially those who end up with well-known tough judges in WA State. My approval came after 5 1/2 years of going through reapplications, and the appeals committee not agreeing with the judge. Beau shined in every aspect of this journey and always made me feel more hopeful whenever I saw or spoke with him.
