Very helpful, willing to do whatever it takes to win

After dealing with DSHS and getting denied twice for SSI Disability, I went to Robey and Namba to get help for my AJH court hearing. I met with Mr. Beau Robey (Steve's son). He was so nice, accomadating, and knowledgable. He helped me get all the right documents from my doctors. He let me know exactly what would happen at court and made my anxiety much more comfortable. Most importantly, We won the case! I couldn't be more happy. Two years of my life struggling and stressing out, is now a huge weight lifted off my shoulders! I would highly reccomend Mr Beau Robey!

I feel they really protect clients.

I was a client of Mr. Beau Robey, he was very professional. He helped to win my case and was very knowledgeable about his field.

I was asked if I had a savings account, when I confirmed that we did; I was asked how i was going to pay for their services. This was a Social Security Disability claim. I have been fighting SSDI/ SSDI for almost 4 years. Mr. Robert huddled me right out of his office.

Horrible. I called because I had a family member who was being represented by Bo Namba, and I'd heard how great and successful they were. When I callled, the receptionist immediately connected me with Bo Namba. I was about two sentences into my case when he interrupted me and told me he wasn't interested in my case and he didn't even want to hear the details. I countered with "Well, how do you know when I haven't even told you why I'm looking for a lawyer in the first place?" He responded with, " I don't want to know, and judging by your first sentence, I already know that this isn't a case worth dealing with." I tried to respond and he said "Angela, stop. I don't want to hear anymore so have a good day." And he hung up. My first sentence had nothing to do what I was seeking legally. Incredibly unprofessional and disgustingly rude. Even if he didn't want the case, not giving a potential client the opportunity to even finish before politely declining and maybe even referring them to alternate legal resources, was inexcusable. It also shows poor professional skills by making judgement calls without any evidence to support your decision. I do not recommend this company.
