Here's the deal...to make it through an injury case with fair compensation and satisfaction, you need someone with experience. Michael has so much experience and knowledge. He knows exactly what and how the other party and insurance companies are going to do before they do it. That made this whole 2 year long ride bearable. We were never worried or overly anxious about what was going to happen. We just "played the game" and we're finally rewarded for playing. Also, Sandy was amazing!! She put up with me so well!! Every request and update was almost instantly answered. Even at times when she should have been off work! (Nights and weekends). Such a great team!! Highly recommend. I hope to never NEED an attorney again, but if I do there will be no hesitation on who to contact. Thank you guys!!

I reached out to Mr. Tario’s office back in 2020 for his help and legal advice after I turned my step-father in for childhood SA. Mr. Tario and his paralegal were there for me over the next three and a half years answering any questions and finding important information for me while my step-father was being prosecuted. The prosecution took over three years and was still ongoing when, unfortunately, (or fortunately…) my step-father died of a stroke on 09/16/2023 before he could get prosecuted as guilty. The charges/case ended up being dropped and Mr. Tario and I decided not to file a civil suit like we had planned all along. (A decision I’m okay with because I’m so ready to move on.) I had no doubt Mr. Tario would help lead me to success with the civil suit had my step-father not died. It was such a pleasure and privilege working with Mr. Tario, his knowledgeable paralegal, Sandy, and his sweet receptionist, Mars. I would highly recommend Tario and Associates; He knows his stuff, he’s straight to the point, he’s professional and most importantly he’s all in all a good guy.
