I am very happy I chose to work with Tario and Associates, they were professional, informative and handled the insurance companies in ways I simply could not. If you have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with insurance companies you can understand the frustration they create. Not to mention the time they waste. My claim eventually went to court and Mr. Tario was able to get an excellent settlement agreement for my personal injury claim. It was for being rear ended in Seattle. Alex represented me for a domestic dispute case, he was very confident that we would be able to dismiss. I am happy to say this case was indeed resolved with being dismissed. Engaging Mr. Tario for my MVA personal injury claim enabled me to get more from the insurance companies than I would have gotten by relying solely on my company, Progressive. Engaging Mr. Tario meant I had a high quality, professional, responsive team assisting me, especially Sandra, the paralegal, and Emily, who tracked my medical expenses over three years. Mr.Tario is very experienced and knowledgeable about personal injury law in Washington state and knows how the insurance companies operate. He recommended that I not seek a settlement immediately because soft-tissue damage takes time to appear and to be treated. From the beginning, he was persistent in seeking a settlement with the other party in my accident. When they refused to settle, he filed a demand letter and then a lawsuit to seek a court trial and force Allstate to the table. In filing the lawsuit he named both drivers since the police had not charged either driver as being at fault (I was the passenger, my wife was driving). Because of COVID, he pushed for mediation with both companies instead of waiting another two years for a court date and a jury trial. He guided me through each step of the mediation process and consulted with me about how to respond to counter offers. Both companies made concessions in the negotiations, as did we, but I am very satisfied with the outcome. He also negotiated with Medicare to reduce the amount of money I had to pay to reimburse Medicare for claims. The settlement I feel is fair compensation to me for the pain and suffering I have experienced over the past four years and my ongoing medical problems resulting from the accident in January 2018. Given that Mr. Tario and his team stuck with me for four years without any up-front compensation, I feel I got excellent service and value for his fees.

Alex represented me on another case in 2014, which had great results. I will explain our interactions from early 2020 until I was acquitted of my charge late 2021. I retained Alex to represent me for a DV4 in July of 2020. Given the state of the nation- pertaing to covid, this was a difficult and frustrating time for myself/my defense- aka Alex Ransom. There was a complete void of time between then and just several months ago of endless continuances and whatnot. Alex was always easy to get ahold of(we communicated via email), and always kept me in the loop. I felt like we had a relationship at this point and he really believed my perspective. He had done a lot of work to try and get the charges dismissed, but had various issues ranging from lack of response, retirements among prosecuton(attrition), also restrictions within the courts due to covid.. Let's move on to the actual trial day- My case did end up going to jury trial. I was totally afraid for my future at that point- neither myself or Alex thought it would get to that point, yet it did. Alex truly impressed me with his skill in the courtroom throughout the entire process: opening statements, cross examination, closing statements. I put my trust in Alex and told him I was not going to do anything but tell the truth. I could truly feel his frustrations with prosecution/the judge as he worked to have certian material submitted to evidence for the jury. I felt he cared about me the entire time, and was FIGHTING for me. I was acquitted of my charge unanimously within a half hour of conclusion of trial. Alex truly did a phenomenal job. To end my personal experience noted above- Alex is an honest, hard working guy who cares about the people he represents. I would never choose anyone other than Alex to represent me ever again, and I would recommend him to ANYONE in need of help..

Tario and associates was so wonderful with my case! I didn't have to pay anything until my case was settled. They fought for me to get fair compensation and they were successful. They did not give up or give in when the insurance company was refusing to pay fair compensation in the end they prevailed in my case. I cannot convey enough how impressed I am with Sandy Giroux, Paralegal to Michael Tario. Tario & Associates represented my uncle with a settlement award just weeks before he passed. As executrix, I received agency correspondence contrary to the closure of the case.
