Adam handled my case after being a pedestrian hit by a car. He explained everything, was detailed, followed thru and made sure all aspects were taken care of. Read this. It is lengthy but extremely important if you are looking for the best attorney to work very, very hard on your behalf to help you win your case no matter how difficult it is. I was stopped in traffic on Interstate 5 in Bellingham when the woman in the car behind me, who was talking on her cell phone, accidentally stepped on the gas instead of the brakes. She hit the car I was driving full speed ahead. This occurred the day before my wedding. This accident injured me and wreaked havoc on my wedding day. My best friend is an attorney in the state of California and officiated our wedding. She discussed the legal aspects of the accident with me. She said that she believed I had no compensatory recourse. She told me that if I pursued legal action, I should not get my hopes up because I had previous medical conditions prior to the accident.
