After researching for an attorney to help with a probate, I selected Emily due to her five-star rating and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. On my own I had opened probate and filed several documents but hit a wall with a real estate transfer. In came Emily and her team to the rescue. From the first consultation I was impressed by Emily’s knowledge, professionalism, and thoroughness of probate proceedings. She brought up matters that I hadn’t thought about and asked the right questions to ensure that all grounds were covered. I was kept informed every step of the way and within a relatively short period of time probate was closed. If I need legal assistance in the future Emily and her outstanding team will be ones that I contact.

I was totally out of my field when my sister died and I was put in charge of her estate. Emily Mowery and her team was completly professional, upfront, and caring. I'm not sure why my original post was deleted, he tried unsuccessfully to have it removed a few times so here it is again. Complete waste of time and money. Overcharged for service he didn't do. He was fired right away when he failed to reply to opposing counsels motions, something so basic that a lawyer is hired to do that it has taken years to undo and Im still having to deal with it. I had to hire another lawyer and when his name is brought up during that process, people just shake their heads. Please do your homework and read these reviews.
