I met Emily at Limitless Law at Bellingham Pride in 2015. It was nice to have a member of the LGBT family perform our estate plan as we felt comfortable that she was aware of the issues that might arise. When I had an issue with my wife’s estate, she participated in the negotiations and supported me even though my wife had left some of Emily’s checklist incomplete. Since my wife’s death I have had two more estate plans written up and have enjoyed working with Emily throughout.

It was very refreshing to dealt with Emily M, as she was responsive and professional in her dealing. I had a rush job, and she was able to allocate the resources very quickly and get the job done!
I would recommend organizing the information presented to Emily before the consult, since it’s mutually beneficial.

Emily was incredibly efficient, responsive, supportive, and otherwise just went above and beyond in helping me settle my father's small estate. She backed me up with a bank that did not want to cooperate, and got the issue resolved on my behalf within a week. I trust Emily so much and would not hesitate to solicit her assistance again in the future.
