Emily was very knowledgeable, and her help was invaluable for dealing with my bankruptcy... The whole process was so much less stressful, and I would highly recommend her expertise.

This individual is a completely corrupt liar and makes his practice out of attacking unsuspecting and naive mothers. His nickname among the other local attorneys is "Bumbling Bob" because he purposely plays dumb while using underhanded, unethical methods to achieve positive outcomes for abusers of women and children. If slimy and fork tongue is what one seeks in an attorney, this us your guy. Just be prepared to mortgage the family farm in order to pay him to take 5 years for a simple cut and dry divorce. May God forgive him.

I’d struggled with finishing up a simple Will for a very long time. Had done the whole PC software do it yourself Will thing. Yet when what should be the simple part of getting it notarized, things never seemed to get done. This year getting the Will done was on the to do list as, must be finished and finished properly. Absolutely among the top worst individusls I had experienced in my life. Gave him a money order retainer for a divorce saying thats all there is, There is no more. He nonchelantly put an agreement infront of me, keeping his hand covering the top and mumbling about "an old English Law" where you "buy" an attorney and they give you priority. I read what was visible, signed and he whisked it away to make sure I couldnt look it over. He didnt do a thing for a year, never sent a statement and then sent me a another bill, double the retainer. I asked for a copy of the agreement and the top of it read that all the retainer immediately becomes the property of the lawyer just for being " my attorney. In between, he talked me into going together to visit the opposing attorney (his best friend) and to bring the registration of my parents substantial teal estate. He flipped the document over to his friend and asked me to wait in the next room. I overheard them trying to figure out how to get their hands on my future inheritance. Team players. If there was ever an example of decayed total corruption, its the bellingham Lawyers. And dont worry, the washington bar association is their refuge and safe haven. Also totally decayed and corrupt. The last few real attorneys in bellingham were run out of town by the brotherhood - The conglomeration that makes sure cases are fixed. If any opposed the arrangement, they were harassed, intimidated and even threatened. All caved in to the pressures. A true mafia.

Emily was a huge help during a very difficult time. She was the voice of reason when emotions were high. I can’t thank her enough for taking the time to help over the holidays and walking us through probate. I would highly recommend her services.

Emily prepared estate planning and medical directive documents for my husband and me. Getting in touch initially was very easy and quick as well as staying in touch about ongoing updates, changes, and questions. Documents preparation by Emily was very prompt. Every time I called her office when she was not available, she called me back the same day. I was slow to reply to some of Emily's messages, and she reminded me softly but timely to ensure we got through all the required paperwork. Also, I had to reschedule documents signing somewhat last minute, and that was not a problem and we got in for the signing the very next day. I highly recommend Emily.
