The constant communication. The commitment and dedication they gave to my case was beyond my expectations. At one point we were waiting on medical records and it took me going down to the office but with personal difficulties that occurred it was almost two years before I could get down there. Still they kept fighting for me and even after the first offer was given they went back demanding more because the whole situation had put me in a position where I literally lost everything. My home, my car, my storage unit full of of what was my life. They got that max payout. My daughter and I were injured in a rear end automobile accident. The other person's insurance agency, immediately initiated contact and wanted to settle.
