After being in a bad accident with our two young kids, Cheryl and her team took care of my whole family. They helped us navigate messy dealings with insurance companies, find the right care, checked on us throughout the recovery process, and ensured we received a fair settlement. She and her team always made themselves available for questions - they are kind, professional, and communicative. I cannot recommend them enough and plan to seek their help for any future needs. So glad to have them in our family’s corner!

Ms.Farrish was second lawyer and her paralegal kept calling me as Dublin law group referred this firm. I wasn’t feeling it but gave it a try. My case was likely abandoned and she didn’t seem caring much. Never answered the phone. Paralegal (Ms. Courtney Williams) was doing her job though. As there was no progress and just time passed, I had to hire third lawyer Mr. Nute who is the best. That was best thing I did in WA, I won the case and could get amount of goal plus medical expense after all. Good part is she didn’t charge me. There is a reply below saying I wasn't a client however I found some emails in my account seems Ms. Williams was the only one dealing with. As it was 2019, they might not have a deta anymore. However it was the only time in my life I had to see a phycologist due to lack of legal help.

Overall I am not happy with the final result of my case. I went through a lot of physical and emotional trauma, and the number in my pocket at the end is not worth what I endured. With that being said, I am happy with the service recieved from Cheryl Farrish and her team. While the process was very long and tedious, they made sure to keep me informed at every step of the way of what was happening and why. Their communication was excellent and it felt good knowing I had that resource available whenevr I had questions. Towards the end of the case, I felt as if my best interests weren't being looked out for. Cheryl and her team were not able to get the insurance company into their estimated settlement range, and the chances of me doing better via lawsuit felt very low. It felt as if they were not willing to fight to make sure I got the best possible outcome. After accepting the settlement deal, Cheryl and her team were able to work out a final result that made sure that I was not screwed over, and where I did not get the smallest piece of the pie so to speak. Overall I believe they did the best with the situation presented to them, and would trust them to represent me again should I require it.
