My family has used Brian a couple of times. The first time, my brother and I interviewed multiple attorneys to assist in his case. When we met with Brian, we both decided he was the one. He was not judgmental, had ideas that no other attorney proposed. During the case, Brian and his team were very compassionate to the needs of my brother. Communication was frequent and concise. Brian and his team were very good at listening and understanding any concerns. In the court setting he was very respectful yet firm in the interpretation of the law. The outcome of the case was better than we expected. When my dad was involved in an accident, there was no question on who we should consult with. We contacted Brian and he agreed to take his case. Throughout the entirety of the case, Brian and his team were excellent in reaching out on a consistent basis to see how my dad was feeling and if we had any questions. They assisted with communication with a very difficult medical system. They communicated with the insurance company with our questions and concerns so we did not have to take that extra step.
