During the past 2 1/2 years, I have worked very closely with Marya Noyes the legal technician at Genesis law firm, and I have nothing but the upmost respect for her abilities and appreciation for the work she did, in a very highly highly contentious divorce and custody battle. As one can imagine divorce is a very upsetting experience, and while I was not always as calm and rational as I should have been, Marya was nothing but professional and understanding and completed her brilliant work in a timely fashion. Considering where I was at the beginning and where I ended up, I feel very lucky to have earned the parenting plan that I know have. My only complaint would be that it is very expensive, but I know that Marya did what she could to make things as fiscally responsible as possible. I highly recommend Marya Noyes to anyone going through a divorce and i with the best of luck to you.

Walking into a situation I knew nothing about. Having never hired a legal professional, let alone, gone through the process of divorce before. I called Marya, lost and confused and was met with the most professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable individual I could have hoped for in this situation! Marya not only made sure I got the best possible outcome for my situation, she did far more listening and understanding of where I was at, then taking control. I engaged Sean Hyde from Genesis Law Firm in mid-February for legal representation, without having the luxury of time to shop around for quality services. During our consultation, Mr. Hyde used inappropriate language, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, I experienced poor communication from him, as my emails were not responded to within their company's stated 24-hour timeframe. During the period that Mr. Hyde represented me, we had limited contact, including one phone call and minimal email correspondence for editing and submitting my declarations. I met Mr. Hyde in person for the first time just 10 minutes before my hearing, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. Mr. Hyde seemed unprepared, did not appear to fully understand the facts of my case, and did not give it the attention it deserved. As a result, I was not satisfied with the outcome of my case, and it cost me $3,000, with an RO being granted for 12 months instead of the temporary measure that was initially communicated. While I appreciate Mr. Hyde's efforts, I cannot recommend his services based on my experience with him.

MARYA NOYES is incredible! I was involved in a divorce and child custody case with a 10-month old baby. With Marya’s careful guidance and support she helped me navigate the most stressful experience of my life. You can imagine how I felt especially as a father fighting for custody. I worked with Marya Noyes, who is a Limited License Legal Technician when I needed help with family law. Marya was very knowledgeable about the law and upfront about everything that I needed to know that could be a possible outcome for my situation. I consider Marya a expert in communication. Sam is amazing as well; straight to the point, calm and collected and was able to answer all my question and I did feel like he offered less expensive options by discussing issues at times with Marya to save money and/or having her do paperwork to save money. Genesis Law Firm as a whole; From my experience, I did feel like the firm did support me very well regarding family law in a honest approach and at the same time trying to save me money.
