After having a car accident where I was a passenger and had to be cut out with the jaws of life I was advised to retain a lawyer I had looked around and made some inquiries and settled on Russell and Hill where I was assigned to Jaclyn Gaddy ho did a wonderful job and keeping me informed on progress and Final results I highly recommend this company

I would give 10 stars if I could. Almost 3 years after my accident (the time limit to settle my case) I contacted Russell & Hill with extreme frustration at my insurance company. I had been hit by someone with my same company and felt that I wasn’t getting fair treatment. I’ve never contacted a lawyer about an accident before and had no idea what to expect. From the first call I was treated with respect and everything was handled promptly. I was always kept in the loop about the ongoings of my case and had great conversations with both my lawyer and paralegal. I like to ask a lot of questions and they were always answered quickly either by email or a phone call. We even worked together to get some information from one of my massage therapists. I was also informed promptly when a new paralegal began working on my case. The fees were EXTRAORDINARILY fair and they went above and beyond to get uninsured motorist in addition to the regular settlement. Although this accident in my life was a negative experience , the bright spot was how simple and easy everything was after I contacted Russell & Hill. I wish I would have done it 2+ years earlier and saved myself frustration and ridiculous offers, not to mention, the run around from my own insurance company.

I hired Russell & Hill to represent me with my case with Social Security Disability. Isabella my representative who is not only professional but a super nice young lady as well won my case for me. I highly recommend her, don't take on Social Security by yourself chances are you won't win, but hiring Russell & Hill (Isabella) you will. Thanks Isabella you're awesome, good job.

I was rear ended and the other drivers insurance company was horrible to me from day one. I quit speaking with them and contacted Russell & Hill. From that point on Russell & Hill dealt with the insurance company and I just had to deal with medical appointments & repairing my car. It was a long process but they were always available to answer my questions and let me know what the next steps were. The settlement I received was significantly higher than I had thought I would receive and I am very appreciative to Jaclyn for that. I highly recommend Russell & Hill to anyone who was involved in an accident.

I was in a car accident that was not my fault. Neither insurance company would even talk to me or each other about the accident to figure out who was going to pay what. Finally, I found Russel & Hill. Dean and Marie were amazing. They worked so hard for my case, and it turned out better than I could’ve hoped. I don’t know what I would have done without them. I worked with Brandon Batchelor and his legal assistant Annie Vandegrift. They worked to help me recoup medical expenses and additional expresses related to an accident. Brandon explained the process well and worked to accomplish the end goal. Annie was always very helpful in answering my questions. All in all great communication and outcome. Hopefully I will never need to call upon their services again, but if the need arose they would be my first choice.
