If anyone needs help getting SSI, I highly recommend the law firm of Russell & Hill, in particular, the lawyers, Eric Bessent, and Gregory Koshkin. I never thought I would be unemployable and broke after the age of 50, but that's exactly where I found myself. I had done an initial application to get on SSI, and was denied. I went through "reconsideration", and again, I was denied. It took close to two years of waiting in between the rejections. I cannot find words that can adequately convey to you how deeply terrified and alone I felt in all of this. I needed someone to help me navigate the waters. One of my Dr's told me to call the law office of Russel and Hill. I did exactly that. A lawyer with Russell and Hill, Eric Bessent, took my case. From that point forward I felt like I had hope for a good outcome. Eric and his paralegals took over. Gregory was very understanding, and he never made me feel "less than." Anytime I had a question, he took the time to help me understand what I was struggling with. He stood up to advocate for me when I could not advocate for myself. When the day of my hearing came, I was thankful to have someone knowledgeable in my corner, fighting for me. I could not have found better representation. Last week my attorney called to congratulate me. The judge made her ruling on my case: "fully favorable."

Gregory and his team are amazing. They always made sure to keep me informed and made the whole process less stressful. They where very kind any time I had questions and where prompt to get back to me if I called or emailed. I would absolution recommend them to others.

I had car accident past 3 years. Had Lynnwood attorney for 1 year that resolved nothing besides seeing me to close the case within 1 year for unresolved problem and left for no reason. I would highly recommend R&H to handle your case! I was sideswiped by another vehicle that ran a red light. Gregory is an excellent lawyer, he was very attentive to all my needs. He replied to all my emails and messages instantly. Don't waste your time with insurance companies, call Russell & Hill right away! After one accident, I found myself needing to be represented to help fight the insurance company, so I reached out to Matt Russell. This was all new to me, as I have never needed legal representation before. Matt assisted me right away and helped a lot with this process. Then, another car hit me, so this all got really crazy for many years as I worked on healing myself. Matt, Dean, Diana, and Marie were so helpful and knowledgeable throughout this whole process. I know I could not have done this alone. Unfortunately, after arbitration, my award was so small it would not even cover my medical bills. So after more headaches and tears, Dean asked for a higher settlement and we got it. It was still very low, but they worked really hard to get all my medical bills paid, took their small fee, and I actually received a large amount. I thank God and everyone at Russell & Hill for helping me throughout this whole painful process. If I ever need backup again, I know who to call!

I highly recommend this law firm their attorney Gregory Kushkin was top notch. He got me the results that I wanted for my SSI claim. He was very professional, and represented me during my hearing very well. I couldn't be more happy with the whole experience other than it dragged on for almost 2 years, but that's not a fault of their own. It's just how the system works.
