Dustin Burk helped me out on a situation I was in, during it all he was very considerate and friendly. My name is Benjamin T Caler, I hired Russell and Hill to help me navigate the SSDI process back in two thousand twenty-one, which is complicated and a very long process, I was denied the first time we appealed, as a result I recently won without going through an ALS Judge which would have taken another year. Russel & Hill did an amazing job with my brother who suffers from schizophrenia. Russel & Hill displayed both great effort and patience to keeping in touch with my brother. At first I was scared and I felt alittle skeptical about the process. There were things I didn’t like but I decided just to wait til the end to see what would happen since I had started everything. I was told I could of swapped firm if I wasn’t happy BUT i decided to wait. I was getting very little money back and they dropped some of their fees to but in my pocket alittle extra. Overall, the whole team really worked as a team.
