The young person doing there intake was very unprofessional and had a lot of Kurt attitude, both were red flags for me so I chose to not do business with them and they had also declined to take my case and that was based on the intake information which as I said they weren’t professional and didn’t get the facts straight. I immediately called another firm (Dubin Law) which happily accepted my case. I would like to also say that their intake person was not much better but the attorney at Dubin was smart enough to realize something was here and called me back. So in my opinion Russell & Hill seem to at the very least be in it only for the $$$ . Y’all are smart enough to Make your own decisions just call and talk to intake and you’ll know who makes you comfortable and you will go with them. BTW. This information is important and should be shared my case was a Labor and. Industry claim .

Dean Swanson is a man of character. We saw several lawyers before we walked into Russell & Hill and met with Dean Swanson. Dean had such a calm demeanor, which I appreciated. My case was extremely extensive against the State for my car accident induced TBI. He partnered with a great law firm in Seattle, because my case was so massively extensive. For four 1/2 years,my legal team prepared for a trial. We successfully settled prior to trial. Bottom line, I prayed about choosing my lawyer. The several lawyers I met prior to Dean didn’t feel right. I walked out of the meeting with Dean Swanson and felt a calmness pressed upon my heart. I’m forever grateful.
