When my car accident happened I didn’t think there was any reason to get an attorney. I waited a long time and did my best to deal with everything myself. But as my medical bills starting piling up and my PIP ran out, I just couldn't keep track of everything anymore. I was in a car accident at 6 months pregnant and did every form of medical treatment except go under the knife. When my 3 years limitation was about up I had to turn to help. Jim helped me get the max amount that was allowed. Although I was hoping for more due to the amount of problems I had to deal with and will in the future, I am pleased with how he pushed the companies to get me the max that they would pay out under their terms.. I had two cases with Russell and Hill. One was a car accident (resolved) and the other a disability case. From the beginning Kevin Conner went to bat for me. He always returned my calls in a timely fashion fashion, and returned my calls in a timely manner. At tge end of the day (case) he made sure I walked away with the amount I request, even at though he had to skim a little of his fee. He made sure I walked a way satisfied.
