I will start first with Tammy, quite possibly the most kind, patient, and helpful woman I’ve ever met. The reason I state this is because my case carried on for approximately three years due to the fact that I was rear ended twice in the matter of six months. She kept me grounded, Matt Hill was awesome, even came in to say hello at my work to see how I was doing, toward the end had me work with The amazing Kevin Connor to wrap it up. Highly recommend if in need of an accident attorney, yes it took a while, however, my case was unusual. Thanks again to a great team!

Jim was the most amazing attorney. He handled my case quickly and professionally, plus he won!! He responded to all my emails promptly and walked me through the whole process. He took his time with me and I truly felt that he cared about me and wasn't just in it for the money as a lot of attorneys are. After hiring Dean Swanson to take on my case, I only regretted that I didn't make the decision sooner. Almost 4 years ago, I was driving on I-5 and rear ended at a dead stop by an SUV moving at 60 MPH. It was a 4 car pile up which caused me to miss work for almost a year. For the first two years I handled everything myself, but dealing with a major insurance company is a huge task. Even though my injuries were still prevalent, I decided to try to move on, and get this case behind me. I was ready to just take whatever settlement, get by hospital bills paid, and be done with it. After being slapped in the face with a low-ball offer from the insurance company, I decided to take the advice of a friend who referred me to Dean. I truly wish I would have done it earlier. He knows the game, and he knows how to win. While it did take a good amount of time to finish this ordeal, it paid off in the long run. Dean was able to prove beyond any doubt that my case was exactly what I knew it was, and won me an award almost 10 times the amount of the initial low-ball offer. Dean understands what his clients are dealing with, and will fight tooth and nail to back them up. He's a pleasure to work with, and a true professional. He never over promised on any outcome, but he definitely over delivered. I'm confident that he consistently produces favorable results. Most Patient and Polite and Professional Attorney 5.0 stars I hired Dustin to tackle a case involving my 17 year old son that was involved in trafficking of stolen property. My son made a very poor choice to assist a "friend" of his and it ended it up with major consequences. I did not know what to do or where to turn. Dustin was recommended through various sources so I contacted him immediately. He took the time to listen to me and my son and put all the pieces together. He represented us in a such a professional and positive manner that to this day I still commend him for. I was very scared and nervous at first and panicked a few times but he calmed my nerves with precise explanations and how the process would proceed. He and his firm even met with the prosecutor to discuss the possibility of reducing the sentence. They came to an agreement and now my son is no longer facing a felony charge as long as he obeys the court's instructions (which I and his dad will see to!!). I have never been through this before and I thank Dustin and Russell & Hill for every minute and effort they put into this for my son. I hope to never have to retain their services again but in the unfortunate non-forseen future, if I do then Dustin and his firm will be the first call I make. Thank you Dustin. I am forever grateful.

Although my initial contact with this firm was not the best experience, the way this firm handled my dissatisfaction has me changing my initial 1 star rating to a 5. I had a bad experience speaking with the intake coordinator and after posting a negative review about my experience I was contacted by Jim Hill. He was very concerned about my experience and was very apologetic and sympathetic to my situation. He definitely cares about great deal about his firm and the way his firm is perceived. Although he could have easily called and apologized and got me off the phone he made sure to ask me what happened and what I was upset about that way he could try and correct it. That speaks volumes about him and the firm he runs. Thank you Jim I appreciate our conversation and your willingness to answer my questions.

I hired Dustin Burke to fight a vehicular assault charge (with DUI) I was facing. It was a very scary time needless to say, but Dustin made every effort to make sure that I was well informed of the situation and all possible outcomes. He was also very easy to get in touch with if I every had any questions or concerns. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and positive. After only a couple of hearings he was able to strike a plea deal with the prosecutor and get my case down to a reckless driving which doesn't happen very often. Easily the best outcome I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney.
