I had a good experience with Tammy at Russell and Hill. She worked with me for over a year to get a settlement on a car accident. I was able to sit back and let her do the work. The only small criticism I have is that over the months, on occasion, it felt like my case might have been put on a back burner as I didn't always get an update regularly, and once or twice was asked for a piece of information I had already provided earlier. This didn't bother me, but it might others so I thought I'd mention it. She was always quick to respond when I would ask for an update. I feel that she worked hard to get the best settlement she could for me.

I was referred to Russell and Hill by my usual traffic attorney as I received a ticket in Lincoln County..(near Spokane) and my attorney does not represent clients there. The result was the best possible outcome to protect my CDL. I couldn’t be happier
