Park Chenaur Law Offices was great helping me navigate everything after a MVA in 2016. They were recommended to me several months after and I wish I had contacted them sooner! They listened to my concerns, patiently explained next steps, figuratively held my hand through mediation, and helped calm me as I expressed my fears of not returning to who/what I was prior to the accident. Kimberly, Natalie, Andrew, Michael, and everyone else in their office, took care of me until my case was closed. I am so grateful for their professionalism and empathetic approach. Highly recommend!

Based on great things I had heard about this firm, I went into Park Chenaur shortly after my 9-year old son and I were sideswiped by another vehicle. I was still in a daze and traumatized from the accident and from also being bombarded with confusing calls from the insurance agents, but Kimberly Yoon quickly eased my trepidation. Kimberly was amazing from the first second that I interacted with her. First and foremost, she was compassionate, empathetic, and made it a priority that the health, physical therapy, and rehab of my son and me were well taken care of. Her guidance and advice saved me from being hassled by the insurance companies. She advocated fiercely on my behalf and made sure that my car was repaired to my satisfaction. Kimberly Yoon was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, professional, and her open communication always kept me in the loop. Finally, I was extremely pleased with the fantastic settlement that she negotiated for me. I have no doubt whatsoever that Kimberly Yoon is one of the best personal injury attorneys around. Lola Serna and Liandra Tiller were amazing to work with. The care they took on my mother's case was extraordinary. I wish I would have had them as my attorneys when was in a car accident ten years ago.

I’m not sure who is leaving all of these positive reviews but my experience with them has been absolutely terrible. If you expect updates on your case, look elsewhere. If you want responses to your calls or emails, look elsewhere. If you want people to talk to you like a human being, look elsewhere. I’m not sure what they do with their time but it’s certainly not spent communicating with their clients or answering their emails, calls or voicemails. I’ve left several voicemails, sent several emails over the span of months and none of them have been responded to. They pull you in with an incredibly personable onboard intake led by Julia then completely drop you when you sign the paperwork. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

UPDATE: Well it happened again, hit by another careless driver and hurt worse than last time. Kimberly Yoon and her team were my first call. They started on things right away, first making sure my car was fixed and i had my rental to get around in while it was in the shop. As i went through surgery and physical therapy Kimberly would check in with updates. Kimberly got me the absolute max the policies would pay out. You want an attorney who is going to go to bat and get you the most compensation for when the unfortunate happens, Kimberly Yoon is the one. My son and I were rear ended January of 2019. Shortly after we were refereed over to Kimberly Yoon and we are so thankful we were. Her and her team handled our case beautifully and managed to get us a larger settlement than any of us thought. She does a wonderful job of advocating for her clients and getting them the compensation they deserve. I hope to never be in another accident again but if I am Kimberly is going to be my first call.

I can not express my gratitude enough for Kim Yun! She is hands down the most amazing person to have on your side for any accident case no matter how complicated! She was always on top of things, very organized, very responsive and on top of that she's a miracle worker! Her 23 years of experience really shows. I was in a accident where I truly thought my medical bills would barley be covered after running out of PIP, insurance and attorney liens. I get the best phone call anyone could get with her congratulating me that my case was closed, all bills covered and she was able to get a max settlement without having to go to court!
