I was in a car accident 2021 with my dog in inside my car. The impact of the collision left me with fairly minor injuries compared to my dog who had a fracture spine. He ended up needing spinal repair and rehabilitation care that resulted in thousands and thousands of dollars. I was emotionally traumatized from the event and the stress from taking care of my dog. I was immensely grateful that my friend referred me to Kimberly Yoon at Park Chenaur & Assoc. She said Kimberly is an experienced, excellent attorney in personal injury. Throughout the process, Kimberly was responsive, informative, and compassionate. I can't imagine having to deal with the insurance and other individual on my own given my mental state at the time. Kimberly gave me sound advice and regularly updated me on the progress of the case. The outcome of the settlement beyond what I thought it would be, not because I doubted Kimberly's ability, but because the event was so jarring that I was afraid to get my hopes up. All in all, for a horrible incident, the upside was Kimberly. I definitely recommend her!

Would not recommend. They handled the JBLM case and strung us along from the end of 2019 to the beginning of 2023 making promises of going to court and assuring us that our cases were strong. In that time they constantly had lawyers signing on and off of our case with no explanation as to why they were needed or why they left. Eventually they signed on Jole Ard all while telling us we were preparing for trial. Not long after they had Mr. Ard join the lawsuit, the script was flipped on us. Suddenly we didn't have a good case, and we were coerced into signing a settlement that no one wanted. Mr. Ard (who Park Chenaur brought on with no explanation or input from us clients) threatened us with his quitting and us going thousands of dollars in debt if we didn't accept the settlement. They also refused to negotiate settlement on our behalf. When I agreed to have Park Chenaur handle my case it was my understanding that PARK CHENAUR were going to be the ones to handle my case. If you like hiring what amounts to a contractor for your legal issues, by all means, Park Chenaur is for you. If not, I'd suggest skipping over this firm.
