After an MVA that turned my world on its head, Dan was instrumental in helping me through the tangles and complications of insurance, health care, people...etc. He allowed me the time and space to heal, while keeping me informed of his progress. His attention to detail, his professionalism and sincere kindness and compassion cannot be praised highly enough. I had difficulty in accepting the need for a lawyer initially, but Dan could not have been further from the tv shark I had envisioned. He has a quiet strength to him that gave me complete confidence in his work. He was more than fair in my case and when it all wrapped up, I was left with a much larger settlement than I had ever anticipated.
