I was in need of a lawyer for a speeding and HOV lane ticket (hehe don’t judge me) ) which I contacted quite few, but wasn’t satisfied with the way I was treated. Oh and I found Dan Samas, after talking to Dan over the phone for a few minutes I hired Dan! Dan met and went above my expectations, very easy to work with and very professional! Dan was phenomenal. He was very professional & thorough in dealing with our speeding ticket. Each time we had a question concerning the status he was prompt in responding to us and kept us informed as to what was happening each step of the way. Dan was incredibly helpful getting my speeding ticket dismissed. He has a deep knowledge of both the law as well as the players in the legal system and took care of everything for me. At my first hearing he determined that a different judge would be more likely to be sympathetic to my case and requested the hearing be moved. This was extra work for Dan, and no extra cost for me. He was subsequently able to negotiate a dismissal. His expertise and commitment are exceptional. I highly recommend Dan!

Our daughter received a ~$300 photo ticket and would have not been able to pay for it or handle it in court on her own and would have had to sell the car as the increase in insurance would have broken her budget. By recommendation from a colleague we contacted Dan and he got started on the resolution right away. He kept us both in the loop as to the proceedings and was able to get the ticket dismissed in court.
Dan's contact will definitely stay on my address book :)

Absolutely amazing and good at what he does! My son rear ended someone in downtown traffic and received his first ticket. After discussing the incident over the phone with Dan he said he felt confident that he could assist us. End result, case dismissed! The ticket was removed from my son's record. I was in a minor fender bender a few months ago and received a ticket. Although I am an attorney, I know very little about traffic law and my research said the ticket I got would be difficult to have dismissed. Dan, however, was able to get it dismissed. This is probably the least stressful interaction I've ever had with an attorney. Dan kept in contact and represented me well, and I didn't have to show up to court. Thanks Dan!
