Dan was exceptional handling our son's speeding ticket. He patiently listened and explained the process and possible outcomes, answered all my questions, and is super responsive throughout the process. A very calming presence for a traumatic situation. And best of all, Dan got my son's ticket dismissed! I highly recommend hiring Dan, even if you previously were the type to try to represent yourself. He is worth the money when you consider the delta in insurance saved!

When I used to have a lot more time on my hands, I fought somewhere around 20 speeding/minor traffic cases on my own, so I know the process real well. Compounding the issue was as they say, "this is not my first time to the troth" - so getting deferrals, is not easy for someone like me. It's been years since my last ticket and I don't have time for this stuff anymore, but that didn't stop a well-hidden officer from giving me a ticket last November. I checked for all of the easy stuff on my own - there wasn't any. Ticket got filed on time and was properly filled out by the officer. Wanting to keep my record clean, I sent the case to Dan. In short - not sure how he did it, but he got it dismissed! Hope to not need his services anytime soon, but when I do, his number is in my contacts now.

A few months ago an overly aggressive driver tried to undertake me on the shoulder of the freeway. This ended with us both having a fender bender situation. I thought it would be a clear case of them being in the wrong but it was their word against mine and with no photo evidence the sheriff decided to write us both a ticket. My license is CLEAN and I didn't want this to haunt me so on principal I wanted it to go away. Dan did just that.
