Attorney Dan Samas provided not just legal defense, he also provided convenience. All communication was done over the phone and via email and I did not even have to step foot in the Courtroom. Most of all, the outcome was exceptional! My ticket was dismissed and as a result, my driving record is still spotless. Thank you!

Dan keeps me informed on every step on my speeding ticket. He was very helpful and able to explain things well. He was able to negotiate a resolution with the prosecutor to completely dismiss the ticket without affecting my insurance. I strongly advise you to take his service in the future if you require it.

Dan keeps you informed every step of the way and lets you know if you need to do anything or if anything changes. His emails are very detailed and helpful and I had no questions. He personally called me right after the speeding ticket was dismissed. I'm very happy w/his service and would use him again. He is pretty pricey (about $75 more than competition). You get what you pay for, tho. He also verbally asked me to rate him which I cannot stand.

I am very impressed with Dan. He was easy to work with and got my traffic ticket dismissed. The speeding ticket was kind of a *big* one too. The whole process including the result almost seemed to good to be true. I highly recommend him.
