Dan is the great lawyer who helps me with the traffic tickets. I am very happy on dismissing my first traffic issue. I will work with Dan in future if any such issue happens. On my case, it took two rounds. Dan handled everything for me. Dan thought the result of the first round is not the best result, so he asked for review of my case on the second round. He is nice and professional.

Anyone who needs traffic issues taken care of, look into Dan Samas! I had two tickets within 4 days over the summer of 2017 when cops along 405 seemed to be trying anything to make their quota. One was an HOV violation which I felt was incorrectly given to me. Another I was cutoff by a driver in a commercial van changing lanes without a blinker on a cell phone, to avoid getting hit I swerved into the on-ramp area of the freeway. Cop turned on his lights and I thought "good the idiot on the cell phone is gonna get pulled over". Nope, the cop gave me a ticket for improper lane change/lane use. He said he didn't see the other guy not use his blinker or on his cell phone. He got the second one moved to non-moving violation right away, so it stayed off my record. The first one dragged out until a favorable outcome could be made, 6 months! He kept fighting the ticket when he didn't have to or could've settled. The end result was the ticket being 100% dismissed! He didn't use the path of least resistance like some lawyers do (aka taking a deferral, which then feels like you wasted your money). Before last summer I hadn't had a ticket in almost 8 years I believe. He emailed every time before my date to remind me the day before (even though I didn't have to show up) and then personally calls after each ticket with the outcome. This is followed up by an email with a recap and instructions if any actions are required.

Dan was able to get my ticket dismissed. 100% satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know.

I can't say enough positive things about Dan Samas as an attorney. He will take whatever time is needed to provide you with the best defense possible. When he went into court for my case, the presiding judge was not the usual judge and his judgments were much harsher than what Dan had seen from the judge he expected to preside so he sought, and received, a continuance so we could have our case heard by a more impartial party. This cost him quite a bit of time but in the end was 100% the right call as my situation was resolved with an excellent outcome. My tickets were stupidly expensive so in my case I saved money compared to paying the tickets as well as those two tickets would have been on my driving record. I will use Dan in the future even if the cost of his services is greater than the fine as he will do all he can to keep that ticket off of your record saving you potentially hundreds of dollars each year the infraction would have been on your record. Highly recommended.
